The Patriot Awards

We will be holding an annual Dinner and awards as a fundraiser for our club. We will be holding it in the Ballroom at Woodland Hills. The date of this event will be on September 11th, 2006. Remember that Sept. 11th is National Patriots Day. Guest Speaker to be Announced. The Theme of this Gala will be 50s Patriotic.

Price - $55.00 per seat for Dinner, speaker, auction, band & Awards

          $85.00 per seat to attend the VIP Reception & all that is included in Dinner Ticket

Remember you can purchase tables of ten (10), by purchasing tables you will get $5.00 off each seat. $500.00 for Dinner & $800.00 for VIP Reception.

No tickets will be needed, your payment will be recorded and Name tags will be at front desk. If you purchase a table we will need the names of your guests 2 weeks before the event.

HOST COMMITTEE SPONSORS - $1,000.00, (These Sponsors will get a VIP Table of 10 around Dance Floor / up front next to stage, and be listed on the inside cover of the Program) - There are only 8 Host Tables.
